Its not ready to be announced, well at least not with us standing behind
it. Much of the "mini" HIG (for GNOME2) is written, and we are in the
process of reviewing it and editing it internally. We'll have a much
larger public review in the next few weeks. I posted the link to the
desktop integration section because it is an issue that has been coming
up a lot right now and is being dealt with programmatically at the
moment (so 'twas better to get an unfinished version out early than a
crack-free version after the changes are already set in stone ;-)
