        We currently pass a ':' delimited string for window ID's - which  
means we can easily ram a load more stuff into this; such as
authentication cookies and wait - now we pass the id the other way 
(plug->socket) which is not useful for authentication so I'll add space 
for a cookie in the IDL.

        Either way, the DISPLAY bit is ok to do - if we can ensure that   
using that context information is easy in gtkplug / socket or whatever.
