Remove your generated files

Dudes,

A lot of the CVS modules have generated files (most notably
po/Makefile.in.in) checked in. This is just a note to you all: the next
time you hack on your module, take the 5 seconds to remove
po/Makefile.in.in from CVS and add it to po/.cvsignore.
