no, sorry you for being unclear myself. I meant:

So, if it was really discussed, I am more surprised, since Martin is
being working on GNOME 2 (that is, all the small libgnome... modules). I
thought this was written on stone: work is on GNOME 2, not GNOME 1 and a
half, which would be what a new GNOME with the same gnome-libs would be
