AAARRRGGH
I made no manual changes to the intl dir and did not notice that
part of the make distcheck process seems to have upgraded things
this time. Please accept my apologies and roll back any of it. The
commit message corresponds to gnumeric-0.67 getting its changeLogs
bumped for release. After weeks of pointless messages about gettext
going to 0.10.37 every time we autogen I shut them off, and in the
flurry of testing/building for the release the intl changes slipped
past. There is just a little too much magic going on in there for
my taste. Sadly that is not much of an excuse.

Apologeticly yours,
    Jody
