Why don't you give those times in a sane timezone spec such as
Greenwich Mean Time / UTC? I don't know what Pacific Time is, and I
don't see why I should need to ;)

Uh, BTW, the release announcement came to me three days late, I'll be
unable to roll out my translations for the first beta deadline. I'm
really sorry. Don't consider me quite dead yet, though.
