samegnome suggestions

Several suggestions for samegnome.  I'd just make them privately to
the author, but maybe other people would find them useful.

1) There's no ``about'' box.
2) There's no help menu.
3) The "planets" scenario ought to use a black square for a removed
   tile.
4) When switching scenarios, you get a pause of four seconds.  This
   ought to get a progress bar.
