Hiya, Michael. Here's what I meant, in expanded form:
The UISG proposes that simply a -suggestion- be made to GNOME coders to
avoid using modal interfaces at all costs--And if they have to, try to
keep it to a minimum. Keeping away from modal interfaces is now simply a
very strong suggestion, and not a manditory requirement to gain "GNOME
Compliant" status.
