I haven't responded to the questionaire (and won't) because I believe it is
vague and heavily slanted toward your position, and doesn't serve to establish
or illuminate anything that I haven't already explained in great detail in
other posts.  This topic has already been beaten into the ground, and I don't
wish to contribute any more bandwidth to it.
