[OpenBSD 3.3]
Using XDM, I logging in and the GNOME splash loaded and an error was produced.
"The settings Daemon restarted too many times.
The last error message was:
Failed to execute gnome-settings-daemon: 9 (no such file or directory)
GNOME will try to restart the Settings Daemon next time you log in."
.xsession-errors output:
"SESSION_MANAGER=local/puffy.someplace.com:/tmp/.ICE-unix/30328
Loaded background '0x111f00
Gnome-Message: gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds: returning -1
Gnome-Message: gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds: returning -1
Gnome-Message: gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds: returning -1
Gnome-Message: gnome_execute_async_with_env_fds: returning -1"
No errors found in .xdm-errors
Anyone know a fix for this?
my .xsession file:
#!/bin/sh
exec /usr/local/bin/gnome-session
