Live CD 2.14

Just booted up the 2.14 live CD.

In the top panel, I notice:

* a log out button at the far right, past the clock
(which looks ugly, by the way)
* Network Manager applet in the notification area

Neither of these were in the 2.13 VM I had to work
from.

Are they part of stock GNOME, or only the LiveCD?
If so, when were they added? And who forgot to tell
the docs team about this, thus making our docs look
rubbish?
