Folding Feedback docs into the User Guide

This is something we've been talking about for a
while:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335968

I've done the basic work on this, and the feedback
material is now in the user guide.

I've notified the i18n team so they can move the
translations too.

AFAIK all we need to do know is check the WHOLE of
gnome for any links to the old feedback docs.

If I understand it correctly, what we're looking for
is 'ghelp:gnome-feedback'. (That's how other
documentation will link to it -- but I don't know how
applications link to help files.)

The changes to be made are as follows:

ghelp:gnome-feedback -> ghelp:user-guide?feedback
ghelp:gnome-feedback?index ->
ghelp:user-guide?feedback
ghelp:gnome-feedback?feedback-main ->
ghelp:user-guide?feedback
ghelp:gnome-feedback?bugreports ->
ghelp:user-guide?feedback-bugs
ghelp:gnome-feedback?wishlist ->
ghelp:user-guide?feedback-wishlist
ghelp:gnome-feedback?docs ->
ghelp:user-guide?feedback-docs

I don't have the full source of GNOME checked out of
CVS. Could someone else take care of this?

Joachim
