Conversion of gcalctool help files to use gnome-doc-utils

Hi all,

I need help from various locale translators:
(bg, de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, zh_CN, zh_HK, zh_TW),
to fully move the gcalctool help translations over
to using gnome-doc-utils.

There are two gcalctool bugs against this:

The former is a blocker for GNOME 2.16.

As Tommi Vainikainen <thv iki fi> has already migrated the
basic infrastructure to gnome-doc-utils, and Daniel Nylander
<po danielnylander se> has already done the migration for
the sv locale (see .../gcalctool/help/ChangeLog),
it should just be a case of following the instructions at:

 http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsTranslationMigration

for each of the other locales.

I suspect that I could follow those instructions and blindly
convert each locale, but I have no way of knowing if a proper
and full conversion has taken place.

Help would be very much appreciated from each translator who
understands their locale.
