UI Change Notification - Evolution - Removal of more shortcut keys from the menu/toolbar.

hi,

 As part of the clean up drive on Evolution UI
(http://go-evolution.org/UIHackfest), the following existing shortcut
keys for the following operations have been removed.

New Mail folder, New Calendar, New Addressbook, New All day events,
New Task list, New Assigned Task, New Memo list.
