UI changes in Keyboard shortcuts (UI Hackfest)

Hi,
 
  As part of a drive to improve HIG compliance in Evolution UI and
cleaning up conflicts and redundant shortcut keys, the entire set of
keyboard shortcuts have been revamped in Evolution and the changes
committed to the HEAD branch.
