gnome-doc-utils branched

I've branched gnome-doc-utils.  Stable stuff
on gnome-2-14, new hotness on HEAD.

New hotness plans:

- Prettify the default formatting:
  http://www.gnome.org/~shaunm/mockups/beans.xhtml

- Do the stuff we need for HTML that we actually
  put on the web.

- Add a simple script people can call to do stuff,
  rather than having to call xsltproc with lots of
  weird --stringparam arguments.

- Let translators update their translations without
  doing a full checkout, configure, and make.

- Get an artist to draw us pretty graphics.

- Merge some of Yelp's customizations "upstream".
