UI change in the Evolution composer (in GtkHTML)

Hi,

I would like to make a minor UI change to the composer window of
evolution, which is handled via GtkHTML.

The change is:
In the non-HTML (i.e. text) mode, the following menu items under
'Format' menu of the composer window needs to be disabled.

- Style
- Font Size 
- Text...

These options are useful only in the HTML mode of composer.
If left enabled in text mode, their usage might confuse the user since
no changes would be observed. For a tester, it might get perceived as a
feature not working.

Is it okay to make this change ?
