GDSG updates

Hi all,

I've updated the GDSG in CVS as follows:

   * Added new terms: 
     - GNOME Desktop Terms: backtrace, handle, hover, Remote Desktop,
setting, wallpaper
     - User Actions: exit
     - General Computer Terms: archive, bar, compress, full screen,
pane, root, root directory, root file system, root folder, root
password, root privileges, root user, screen, superuser, zip
  
   * Modified following terms: 
     - GNOME Desktop Terms: desktop background
     - User Actions: quit
  
Also, added a new section to improving.xml and fixed a few nits.
