Re: Missing buttons in keybindings capplet

I'm doing some more updates to the 2.2 User Guide at the moment, and
I'll delete the information on Custom Shortcuts. 

If the patch is accepted by the maintainers, we can just add the text
back in.

I'll add any further updates to the bug.
