Updates to Online Help for GNOME 2.4 Beta 2

Hi all,

Over the past few days, I have updated the following online help manuals
in CVS HEAD:

* Character Palette
* Geyes
* Inbox Monitor
* Keyboard Layout Switcher
* Volume Control
* Window List
* Workspace Switcher
* CD Player application

I will update the remaining manuals that I am responsible for and that
require updates before the 2.4 RC1 deadline.
