ORM updates for GNOME 2.4

Hi all,

I've started updating the online reference manuals that I maintain for
the GNOME 2.4 release. I've put updates for the following manuals back
to CVS HEAD:

* CD Player Applet
* Command Line Applet

I will continue to update online help manuals and let you know as I put
files back.
