as you probably know gedit is a text editor for GNOME.
The GNOME 2 version has a taglist plugin 
(http://www.gnome.org/~paolo/screenshots/taglist.png).

I'd like to add a docbook taglist so that users can use it to edit 
docbook files in a more easy way.
