Announcing omfgen 0.1

Hey guys,

	I am now announcing the release of omfgen 0.1.  It's a simple Python
script that will make a Makefile.am and omf file for you with a few
command line arguments.
	
        You can check out the webpage at:

Changes from 0.0 to 0.1:

* Now places Makefile.am in omf-install instead of the directory omfgen
was run from.
* Now takes an argument for the mime type (I think John Fleck asked for
this!)
* Small code cleanups
