On build I got the following errors:

sed: can't read ./doc/Makefile.in: No such file or directory
sed: can't read ./doc/scrollkeeper_manual/Makefile.in: No such file or directory
sed: can't read ./doc/scrollkeeper_manual/C/Makefile.in: No such file or directory

It looks like /Makefile.am is missing a reference to the /doc
directory on its SUBDIRS line.

I'd file a bug on this, but Sourceforge isn't letting me.
