ScrollKeeper 0.3.5 Released (Developers Only)



ScrollKeeper 0.3.5 is now available.

New in this release:
   * Rewritten output and logging system to allow better control of where
     messages are sent.
   * Many improved and new output and log messages to help users identify
     problems or bugs and keep track of things.
   * New "Writing ScrollKeeper OMF Files" document.
   * Removed dependency on openjade package.
   * Added -q (quiet) flags to some administrative commands, since they
     now give more output by default.
   * Updated URL for DocBook DTD resource to point to new page and 
     tarballs on ScrollKeeper web site at 
         http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/docbook.shtml
   * Small improvements to build setup and RPM spec file.
   * Updated TODO file.
