Re: Rendering of xref tag



Committed the change to CVS. Now <xref> to a section  will just produce
section title, with a hyperlink (no quotes, no special font -  color and
underlining  is responsibility of  your web browser). Didn't touch
<xref>s to chapter, appendix, part, table, or figure: they will still
produce "Figure 2.1" or "Appendix A" (no title). Should I change that,
too? (probably not for figures and tables - but maybe for chapters,
parts, and appendices)

By the way: this is done on per language basis, so other languages can
choose their own style, e.g. adding quotes around title. I only  changed
"en" localization.
