Procman Doc Reviewer needed ASAP

Version 0.10 of the Procman docs is done.  Kevin Vandersloot, the
developer, is ready to release Version 1.00 of the program, but is
waiting for the docs to be incorporated.  We would be very appreciative
if anyone could review the docs in the near future so that Kevin can
include them in his next release (assuming they pass muster).  Please
send me an email if you can do this, and I will send the docs to you.
