Changes in gnumeric

Hi!

I just want you inform that I changed a string which has also an impact
for the documentation:
In the file menu there's now Page Setup instead of Printer Setup. I also
changed it in the doc files (printing.xml, toolbars,xml, etc.)
You'll need to create new sshots of that menu and the dialog.
