Hum, I would love to see more direct rendering using CSS for the
styling of the tree, but in that case do we need XSLT at all ?
Note taht Norm's stylesheets are *really* complex, is the problem
is a speed problem, I suggest people use the profiling option of
xsltproc and look a the code of the function on top, it's scary ...
