We could also easily make it a commandline argument.  That might be cool
(if not a little obscure).   However, you can always type in the full
version of the URI into the help system.  I'm not sure how useful
features like that are, as we're specifically saying that apps are not
relocatable.  Additionally, it's not an API change, so I don't care
about it now. (-:
