gtk-doc scan and IDL

OK, who wants to give me the bad news? :-)
you guessed it, I have lots of nice IDL with gtk-doc comments in it. Do
we have a solution for getting these into sgml?
Maybe I am missing something but my gtk-doc scan is not working 'out of
the box', is there a way to pass it IDL?
