Thanks for adding this.

I'm compiling libxml with the --with-catalog flag and calling
xsltproc with the --catalogs flag and getting this error at run time:

xsltproc: error while loading shared libraries: xsltproc: undefined symbol: xmlLoadCatalogs

What am I doing wrong?
