Actually, the correct location according to the LSB is in
/usr/share/sgml/ somewhere (probably gnome-doc-tools makes the most
sense).  Take a look at the "new trials" of the cygnus docbook utils
stuff for a little more info on the file locations, as it's part of the
latest FHS draft.
