GNU information document

About a month or so ago, RMS wrote to the group concerning adding a document
containing info on the GNU project. I offered to help him out. I've sent 1 or 2
emails to him only to get an automated answer explaining he's abroad at the 
moment.

So does anyone know if the document is available somehow? Has anyone gotten 
correspondance on this issue from someone? Is the doc already in CVS maybe?
