I am afraid I may not understand your question correctly then :& 

What we added to gnome-db2html2 was preface and appendix support. We also 
fixed a bug with a toc numbering problem (which surfaced after appendix 
support I think) - basically, a case statement was missing break's - I'm 
not sure of what other changes you may want to look into though.
