As pointed out by jbn on IRC, Richard Stevens <http://www.kohala.com/start/>
reckons it ought to be "filesystem", much like we say "email" instead of
"e-mail" (regardless of those Wired nitpickers).

Search for "filesystem" on the referenced URL.
