I've only glanced at the text, I also am a bit tired so I hope this makes
sence...
Just some thought's:

Overall
  In all the section headers, the first character in every word is
  capitalized (like "About This Book"). I'm not into layout so I might be
  wrong, but shouldn't it say "About this book"? Also, the choosing of
  which words to "captalize" are (at least at "Groups of contact")
  inconsecvent.

Getting Mail

  Is this really a good section name? To me it suggests the procedure of
  getting an email-account somewhere, not getting mail sent to you.
  How about "Receiving mail" or "Retrieving mail" instead?

Groups of contact

  The sub categories are "Grouping with (folders|categories)". I'm not
  sure, but maybee that should read "Grouping by (folder|categories)"?
  Granted, you _use_ (folder|categories) to group the contacts, hence
  "with" makes sence. On the other hand, once you have your
  folders/categories set up, you choose to put a contact in a folder _by_
  the name of the folder/category. 
  I don't know...
