No User Guide in french?

Hi!

I my name is Jean-Francois Lauzon. I noticed that there's no french
version of the user guide yet.

I found that weird. There's tons of french people using gnome and still
no user guide available...
Since no one seemed to put a little effort in that matter, I will
translate the user guide in french.

Then I'll send you a tarball when it'll be done.
