I am an Acquisitions/Development Editor with Sybex Inc., a book publishing
house.

We reprinted your GNOME Users Guide in our book, Linux Complete. While we
know this document is under the GNU license, we'd like to
pay/donate/contribute $10/printed page for the use of this document, and
