Translate the gnmoe user's guide

Hi there,

I want to translate the gnome user's guide into Chinese (Big-5) to help
Taiwanese people (and maybe Chinese people (GB code)) to use gnome.  I
actually has translated a few pages.

Please let me know if there is anything I should be aware of, technical, GPL
related or any other things.

I have no time frame when it will be finished, but I will let you know as
soon as it's done.
