There was a group of people working on Swedish translation but there
page hasn't been working for a while. http://wlug.westbo.se/gnome/

If you can find out who they are you can see if they need help. I
think they were working on po files and website stuff. So far there
isn't anything being done on the Users Guide. If you want to work on
that just let me know.
