French & DocBook

Hi everyone...

I'm curently translating the GNOME user's guide in french, and, as I'm new with
DocBooc, I have a little problem:

I have a source file written with sgml tags, then I run db2html, and it works
fine. But, since it is a french document, i would like to have stuff like
"Table of contents" written in french, like "Table des matières".

The header of my sgml document is:
<!DOCTYPE BOOK PUBLIC "-//Davenport//DTD DocBook V3.0//EN" []>

I've tried to replace EN by FR, but all it does is to display a lot of errors,
and still do the job with engish words.

Do I miss a librairie or something else ?

I use a RedHat 5.2 system with the following RPMS:
docbook-3.0-8.i386.rpm psgml-1.0.1-7.i386.rpm
jade-1.2.1-3.i386.rpm sgml-common-0.1-2.i386.rpm
jadetex-2.3-2.i386.rpm stylesheets-0.8-4.i386.rpm

Also, i use a patch to correct a memory over sizing in Tex on the file texmf.cnf

Thanks a lot
