gnome2-user-guide and accessibilty guide out of commission

The accessibility and user guide are broken due to
missing entries in the Makefile.am.

Bug is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317494

I've tested the patch and verified it works.

Not sure what the status of these docs are, but version
numbers need to be bumped for all three documents.  Unless
of course we aren't bumping them b/c they are not up to
date.

these entities:

  <!ENTITY gnomeversion "2.10">
  <!ENTITY manrevision "2.10.0">

could use bumping in all three files.
