I'm CCing gnome-doc-devel-list. Please keep the discussion on
the list. Things have a tendency to get lost in my Inbox.

This is a character encoding problem. Mozilla is interpreting
the UTF-8 as some other character encoding, so it thinks it sees
characters that aren't supposed to be there.

Anyway, I see you've filed a bug:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310191

Let's take the discussion there.
