GBF vs gnome-build and GDF vs gnome-debug

I think we need to drop the GBF and GDF names.  I have seen a lot of
confusion this week over the names. 

So what I'd suggest is that we leave gbf and gdf as api prefixes (though
we want to get rid of a lot of the public api from these tools long
term) but use gnome-build and gnome-debug to refer to them.  This means
updating gIDE's README and configure.in, the docs for the modules, and
the g[db]fConf.sh files.
