[Gnome-devtools] xml representation of Makefile.am

Hi,

I made a quick mockup of an xml-format that might be used for storing
the info in a Makefile.am. I'd like everyone to take a look at it
and tell me if/how they think it is wrong/could be better/etc.

get www.gnome.org/~martijn/gbf-example.tar.gz

and compare the .laser file with the .am file. They should contain
the same information.
