Re: Evolution crashing - how to debug ?

Thanks Nickolay, I got past this and ran into a similar issue elsewhere 
with evolution and Cairo.
My question is - is this standard practice to allow a program to 
continue after an assertion failure which is likely to lead to a 
segfault later ?
