libgtop on Solaris 9

Anyone have a patch to libgtop 2.0.2 to make it build properly on 
Solaris.  Out of the box, it will not compile, as there are many missing 
defines that are required by the code in sysdeps/solaris.  For instance:

cpu.c: GLIBTOP_XCPU_FLAGS
uptime.c: GLIBTOP_UPTIME_BOOT_TIME

and so forth - not only that, but some of the data structures defined in 
the includes do not use the above defines...  It seems that Solaris was 
just abandoned for this version -- maybe this stuff was in an earlier 
version but not brought forward into 2.0.x?
