	By which I (know/hope) Havoc means that there will be a pluggable
design such that no benevolent dictator will be needed, and we can get
an API that does everything we need, with a stock Gtk+ implementation,
and a number of whacked out whizzy pluggable versions - hopefully
re-using the Nautilus code.
