Starting Problem

I have downloaded the following files
gnomemm-1.2.1.tar.gz
gtkmm-1.2.7.tar.gz
libsigc++-1.0.3.tar.gz

	Now I wish to Install GTK--. I am not a superuser (as login) and I am using
Linux7.1 Readhat as my OS. Kindly help me with detailed Instructions how do
I go about doing this.
